"IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU TO BE ANGRY?"

 What will be my reaction to this question cited in the title of the blog? I may say 'YES' , it is my right.  It is an emotion I feel as a human being , emotions are neither good or bad in themselves. Or I may say ,I know it is not right but I am easily triggered and am ' short tempered'. It is my nature and I cannot help it. Nothing is wrong with it. Let me attempt to present a biblical view of the question which the LORD posed to His servant , the prophet Jonah.

THE MINDS IN THE PHILIPPIANS

  

The minds of human beings control their activities. The Bible speaks of the salvation of spirit, soul and body. The soul is said to comprise of the mind, will and emotions. The apostle Paul in one of his prison letters to the church at Philippi, Macedonia exhorts the saints to pay attention to certain spiritual aspects. Though JOY is a predominant theme of this epistle to the Philippians, something else caught my attention which I happened to share  with a local church group. That is the emphasis of 'MINDS'.  I have attempted to outline the highlights of that message in this blog post.
